Terms & conditions:

  1. The prize is a total of three (3) iPOD Shuffles which will be awarded individually.

  2. Only people living in Kenya, South Africa, Botswana, Mozambique, Zambia and Mauritius are eligible to enter.

  3. All entries must be complete to be valid.

  4. Only one entry per registration and email address will be accepted as valid.

  5. All complete entries received on time will be entered in to the prize draw.

  6. Entries for the first draw must be received by midnight on 23 March 2006, 22 June 2006 for the second draw, and 21 September 2006 for the third draw.

  7. Winning entries will be drawn on 24 March 2006, 23 June 2006 and 22 September 2006.

  8. The winner will be notified by email on the day of the relevant draw.

  9. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  10. Austrade reserves the right to terminate this promotion without notice at any time.

  11. Entry is consent to use name and photograph of winners for publicity purposes.

  12. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash.

  13. Employees of Austrade and their immediate families are ineligible to enter the competition.

  14. The prize is not transferable nor exchangeable.

  15. The winners acknowledge that Austrade accepts no responsibility or liability for any harm, damage or illness or injury, which may occur as a result of the winners winning the prize, and the winner accepts and uses the prize at his or her own risk.

  16. By registering and electing to participate in the competition, you accept these terms and conditions.
